How to Disable, Edit or Add Plant Capacity?

Preconditions

User can only edit the plant capacity if the associated plant approval certificate's status is NEW.

Add Plant capacity

Assuming the associated plant approval certificate status is NEW, user needs to follow the steps below:

1. Go to Top Menu > Edit > Your Plant and Plant Capacity Details
2. In the table that appears, user must look for the plant that needs product/capacity addition.
3. There will be a plant capacities column where the capacities will be listed for that particular plant.
4. User would then need to click "Add Plant Capacity" button.
5. Upon clicking "Add Plant Capacity", the plant capacity page will be shown. User can select a product and enter the plant capacity information and click on Save Details.
6. User won't be able change the product category if there are more than one plant capacities or products in that category already.
7. A confirmation message upon successful save shall appear.

Editing plant capacity

Assuming the associated plant approval certificate status is NEW, user needs to follow the steps below:

1. Go to Top Menu > Edit > Your Plant and Plant Capacity Details
2. In the table that appears, user must look for the plant that needs to be edited.
3. There will be a plant capacities column where the capacities will be listed for that particular plant.
4. User would then need to click "Open Plant Capacity" button against the capacity that requires editing.
5. Upon clicking "Open Plant Capacity", the plant capacity page will be shown. User can edit the plant capacity and click on Save Details.
6. You won't be able change the product category if there are more than one plant capacities in that category already.
7. A confirmation message upon successful save shall appear.
8. Repeat step 1 - user would see the updated plant capacity.

Disable Plant Capacity

Assuming the associated plant approval certificate status is NEW, user needs to follow the steps below:

1. Go to Top Menu > Edit > Your Plant and Plant Capacity Details
2. In the table that appears, user must look for the plant that needs to be edited.
3. There will be a plant capacities column where the capacities will be listed for that particular plant.
4. User would then need to click "Open Plant Capacity" button against the capacity that requires editing.
5. Upon clicking "Open Plant Capacity", the plant capacity page will be shown. 
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the "Enabled" checkbox. Uncheck the checkbox if you want to disable this particular plant capacity.
7. Finally, click on Save Details once the plant capacity has been marked disabled by unchecking the Enabled checkbox.
